18 year old and/or 1992 Malt Whisky for 18th Birthday or Anniversary We have loads of 18 year old whiskies to choose from to mark the coming of age. Virtually all of the whiskys are labelled as 18 years old and not 1992 but still a great way to mark that special birthday.

21 year old and/or 1989 Malt Whisky for 21st Birthday or Anniversary In 1989, 21 years ago whilst master distillers were filling casks of whisky, the Berlin Wall was coming down and interest rates were over 14%. What a great way to mark your 21st birthday or anniversary with a bottle of special whisky and reminisce about The Bangles. They are totally different from each other but both the 21 year old Glenfarclas single malt and the Benriach 21 year old whisky are sublime.

25 year old and/or 1985 Malt Whisky for 25th Birthday or Silver Wedding Anniversary 1985 was a special year not only for whisky but also the world. Whilst these whiskies were being put in cask 25 years ago, the first mobile phone call was made in the UK by Ernie Wise, Mikhail Gorbachev came to power, Live Aid concerts raised millions for famine relief and CDs were introduced in America. For that special Silver wedding anniversary the 25 y.o. Benromach in a silver tin is the perfect whisky gift, whilst the Springbank 25 y.o. Millennium bottle is a very rare and not only is an awesome single malt to drink but would also be a great investment. 1985 was also a great vintage for Port so we have 3 different 1985 Ports to choose from.

30 year old and/or 1980 Malt Whisky for 30th Birthday or Anniversary 30 years ago some very good whisky distillers were laying down some casks of whisky whilst in the rest of the world a cowboy actor became the president of the USA, Zimbabwe became independent and the SAS had to storm the Iranian embassy in London. We have some great 30 year old whisky, as well as 1980 Armagnac and 1980 Cognac as well as 30 year old Ports.

40 year old and/or 1970 Malt Whisky for 40th Birthday or Anniversary Whilst a few prudent whisky distilleries were laying down casks of whisky for your 40th birthday or anniversary celebrations, some quite momentous things were happening outside the whisky world in 1970. 600,000 people were enjoying the Isle of Wight Festival, Jimi Hendrix played and died later that year. The Beatles disbanded in 1970 whilst Simon and Garfunkel probably were celebrating with a dram of whisky over their release of a bridge over troubled waters? The Springbank 40 year old whisky is very rare, both the Strathisla and Macphails 40 years are great drinking whiskies, whilst we also have some good 1970 Armagnac.

50 year old and/or 1960 Malt Whisky for 50th Birthday or Anniversary Now with 50 years of evaporation a whisky this old shouldn't be cheap – The Springbank 50 year old despite looking expensive is still a steal at £1000! Whilst whisky was being made 50 years ago, John F Kennedy could well have been toasting his 1960 election victory with a glass of the water of life? Your 50th birthday or anniversary is shared with both Hugh Grant and Bono who I am sure both drink whisky. At the same time 32 years after it was banned you could at last find out what the aristocracy got up to with their gamekeepers in the publication of Lady Chatterley's lover – I think the inspiration of why I always wanted to be a gamekeeper! We also have 2 different expressions of 1960 Armagnac for those wanting a brandy instead of a whisky for their Golden Wedding Anniversary.
